Quality Inn & Suites - College Park

The top of the toliet was dirty, on back on the lid was dirty.

Good value for money, spaсious room, surroundings look to be calm, 10-15 minutes to get to the subway by foot and 20-25 min to get by subway to the city center.

Poor breakfast (cold eggs that have to be warm up in the microwave, cereals, bakery). Thin windows, however if there are no rad works outside then the road that is right aside from the hotel is almost not heard.

Budget friendly & location to UMD, but it was not worth the savings!

Party next door to us, woman & man screaming continuously during the night, right outside our door! We barely slept. We called the front desk w/complaint. We were told that security would come, but NEVER did. Condom on steps!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast had a good assortment. Staff very knowledgeable on how to get you to where you needed to go. Very good staff.

Requested a non-smoking room and was assigned a smoking room that they could not change because the hotel was booked. Room smelled, had to buy air freshener. They said this was problem through Booked.net not them. Leaky faucet and order from toilet area. Color scheme for accent wall was just crazy.

Nothing really. We disliked the hotel so much that we didn't stay the second night we booked in advance. It was worth it to eat the cost and stay somewhere else. A horrible hotel.

DIrty room that wasn't ready when we checked in at 3:30 pm. Surly staff working the front desk couldn't be bothered to tell me that my room was finally ready even though I was sitting 10 feet away...so we waited an unnecessary hour after the room was ready. A 3 inch hole in the bottom left corner of our room door. Accumulated filth and food crumbs along the floor where the rug meets the wall.
